2. Selling to EU Customers
Silly Paws Co. is a Canadian-registered business that ships products to customers within the European Union. By placing an order on sillypawsco.com, EU customers agree to the terms outlined on this page and across our store policies.
3. Fulfilment & Shipping Disclosure
Orders placed by EU customers are fulfilled through third-party logistics and dropshipping partners. As a result:
- Delivery times to EU countries may range from 7–21 business days depending on your country and the fulfilment partner handling your order.
- Customs & Import Duties: Packages shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- VAT Notice: Silly Paws Co. is not currently VAT-registered in the EU. Orders may be subject to import VAT upon delivery, assessed by your local customs authority.
4. Consumer Rights for EU Customers
As an EU customer, you are protected under EU consumer law, including:
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using your original payment method.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene or grooming products that have been opened
- Personalised or custom-made items
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
EU customers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products under EU Directive 1999/44/EC. If your product is faulty, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose, contact us at dishanprtz@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint that we have not been able to resolve directly, EU customers may submit a dispute through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
